These Ticket Policies explain what to expect when purchasing tickets and attending a Summit Driven Youth event. We keep them in one place so every ticket, receipt, and account screen references the same information.
These Ticket Policies apply to every ticket purchased for events hosted or produced by Summit Driven Youth, including Unstoppable: Know Your Worth and any future ticketed experiences. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms below on behalf of yourself and every guest in your party.
All ticket purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Payment is required at checkout to confirm your reserved seat(s). Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may include processing fees.
Once a purchase is complete, you'll receive an email confirmation with your ticket details and a QR code used for entry.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Ticket revenue supports Summit Driven Youth's mission and the production of high-quality youth programs and events.
If Summit Driven Youth cancels an event, purchasers will receive instructions regarding available refund options or other accommodations.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 7 days so we can review the issue.
Tickets may be shared with friends or family. The person presenting the QR code at the door is considered the seat holder for that performance. Please only share your ticket with people you trust.
Resale of tickets above face value is not permitted.
Doors typically open 30 minutes before showtime. We recommend arriving early to find your seat and settle in.
Public tickets include assigned seats. Guests should sit only in the seat listed on their ticket unless directed otherwise by event staff.
Late arrivals may be admitted at an appropriate break in the program to minimize disruption to performers and guests.
Children under 3 do not require a ticket if seated on a parent's lap. All other guests, including younger siblings occupying a seat, need their own ticket.
Complimentary performer family tickets provide access to the Performer Family Reserved Section.
Seating within this section is open and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
This section will generally be held until 15 minutes before showtime, after which any unoccupied seats may be released at the discretion of event staff.
By attending a Summit Driven Youth event, you acknowledge that photography and video may be captured during the experience. Media may be used to celebrate students and to share the mission of Summit Driven Youth on our website, social channels, and promotional materials.
If you or your child prefers not to be featured in media, please let us know at the door or email us in advance and we'll do our best to honor that request.
Summit Driven Youth events are family-friendly, encouraging spaces. We ask every guest to help protect that atmosphere by treating students, staff, volunteers, and other guests with kindness and respect.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask a guest to leave — without refund — if their behavior disrupts the experience or the safety of our students.
Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell. For information about transferring your ticket to another guest, please see the Ticket Transfers section above.
You attend our events voluntarily and assume the ordinary risks associated with live, in-person gatherings.
We want every family to feel welcome. Guests requiring accessible seating or other accommodations are encouraged to contact Summit Driven Youth before the event whenever possible so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Summit Driven Youth reserves the right to make reasonable changes to seating assignments, event operations, performers, speakers, venue details, or the program as necessary for safety, accessibility, or operational needs.
We will do our best to communicate meaningful changes in advance, but a change alone does not entitle a refund unless the event is cancelled outright.
Summit Driven Youth reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel an event due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, venue issues, public safety concerns, or other unforeseen events.
By purchasing or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Ticket Policies.
We may update these Ticket Policies from time to time. The most current version will always live at this page, and continued use of our ticketing constitutes acceptance of any updates.
We're here to help. If you have questions about tickets or these policies before the event, please contact us at summitdrivenyouth@gmail.com.
