Youth Safety & Community Standards

At Summit Driven Youth, we are committed to creating a positive, encouraging, and emotionally safe environment where young people can build confidence, leadership skills, communication abilities, and meaningful connections.

We believe every student deserves to feel heard, respected, supported, and inspired while participating in our programs and events.

The safety and well-being of our participants is a top priority. We are committed to maintaining environments that are structured, respectful, inclusive, and age-appropriate.

Youth Protection Practices

To support participant safety, Summit Driven Youth follows practices designed to encourage transparency and appropriate supervision.

These practices may include:

Any safety concerns brought to our attention are taken seriously and reviewed appropriately.

Parent Communication

We value strong communication with families and believe parents and guardians are important partners in the development of young people.

Parents and guardians can expect:

  • clear communication regarding events and activities,
  • transparency around program expectations,
  • opportunities to ask questions and provide feedback,
  • and photo/media permission options for participants.

Inclusion & Respect

Summit Driven Youth welcomes youth from diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.

  • and valued for who they are.

Our Role

Summit Driven Youth is a youth leadership and development organization focused on confidence-building, mentorship, communication, and personal growth.

We are not a counseling, therapy, or clinical treatment provider.
