Payment information is processed securely through our payment provider and is not stored on our servers.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us. Unsubscribing immediately suppresses you from future marketing communications. We still keep your customer and order record, because we need it for your tickets, receipts and our financial and attendance records — and you will still receive transactional emails such as ticket confirmations for purchases you make.

Payment providers may offer to save your information for faster checkout. That is a payment-provider feature and is not consent to receive marketing from Summit Driven Youth.

We keep customer and order information for as long as needed to support your tickets, provide customer service, and meet our recordkeeping, accounting and legal obligations. Marketing consent records are kept so we can demonstrate that consent was given and honour unsubscribe requests.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Your payment information is encrypted and handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their security standards.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and ensure it is handled securely. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We may use third-party services (such as Stripe) to operate parts of our site. These services have their own privacy policies governing how your data is handled.
